These terms govern your use of Build n Bloom's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Build n Bloom installs, configures, and manages AI agents for businesses. Each agent deployment includes a defined scope, performance guarantee, and timeline agreed upon before work begins.

Guarantees

Each agent ships with a specific performance metric and timeframe. If the agent does not meet the guaranteed metric within the defined window, we will rebuild or reconfigure the agent at no additional cost. This does not constitute a refund guarantee.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before each engagement. Agent installations are billed as one-time fees. Managed operations are billed monthly. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Agents are built on our infrastructure using open-source and licensed tools. You own your data and outputs. We retain ownership of our proprietary agent configurations and workflow architectures.

Limitation of Liability

Build n Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our agents or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a managed operations agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a complete handoff of all agent configurations and documentation.
